Dr. Matthew Frontini is an associate lawyer at Gilbert’s LLP. His practice includes all areas of intellectual property law and he has a particular interest in pharmaceutical and biotechnology law.
Prior to attending law school, Matthew obtained his bachelor's degree and PhD in biochemistry at the University of Western Ontario. During his doctoral studies, Matthew held a fellowship in vascular research with the Canadian Institutes of Health Research as well as Ontario Graduate Scholarships and Ontario Graduate in Science Scholarships in Science and Technology. Matthew’s doctoral research in vascular disease and regenerative medicine has been published in preeminent journals including Nature Biotechnology and Circulation Research.
